I had one of those moments this week. A few years ago I lost a job after seven years of pouring everything into it. At the time I was hurt and more than a little angry. But this week I ran into some of my former co-workers. It was nice to see ones who had been friends but I realized how much my life....how much I...had changed since then. I grump about my job now but at the end of the day I go home to pursue other, personally and spiritually fulfilling activities. God answered my real prayer for a life dedicated to Him by taking away the distractions which prevented the abundant life He wanted for me.
